Playing in the sand

"I don't wanna go beach"

First thing Jake did every time we went down to the beach....snack.

Looking for seashells.

Jake helps pull the sand toys out on the beach. "What a big strong boy". Praise does wonders.

It almost seems as if we do costume changes on the beach - but actually pictures were taken over several days.

After Rachel got swimmer's ear, she couldn't go in the water. She and Grammie made "cookies" out of beach glop (sand/shell mix) she collected with the fishing net.

Reagan and mommy build a "gloppy castle" using very wet sand.

Grandpa builds.

Jake smashes.

If you are very special, sometimes the condo owners will even come down to the beach with you.
