Mommy's 36th Bday.

As usual we were in MN for my bday. Rachel and Reagan went out shopping for my bday with Grammie. Rachel got me a necklace with matching earrings. Reagan got me a new key chain (I lost my keys a couple weeks ago so she figured a new keychain would prevent that) - it has bichons on it. They picked out a gift for Jake to get me - a new sun catcher. I get them every year, but they are always falling off the window and breaking. It's nice to have a replacement. (Daddy was home in Alabama so he didn't get to help celebrate my bday til later).

Rides at Mall of America

We don't ever go to the mall so when I told the kids we were going to the mall, they asked "what's a mall?". Now they think all malls have rides in them.... Rachel was tall enough to go on a couple rollercoasters and wilder rides (not shown). I took her on them, but then was nauseated the rest of the day. I almost lost my cookies on the speedy car ride with Jake. Looks like I am having fun doesn't it.

Jake's bday party at Grammie's house

We opened presents not long after getting to Grammie's house.

Jake gets a lightening McQueen cake. Of course, he didn't want any. He ate "ships ahoy".

Won't be long and Grandpa won't be able to give Horsie rides anymore.

The kids had fun playing video games at Uncle Vern's - including old 80s Atari games.

Ready "go fishin". Of course, once Jake was there, he pretty much just wanted to get back on the 4 wheeler for a ride.

Jake finally learns how to fish. Last year he just stuck his pole in the water.

Triceratops, Stegasaurus, Diplodicus, etc. It was fun to see Dinosaur bones.
