Mother's day
Papa and Nana came to visit over mother's day weekend. We went to a fancy buffet for lunch. It was difficult getting to enjoy our meal with 2 runs to the bathroom, a diaper change (with no changing table), 2 "talks" in the lobby, and an orange juice spill. But it was nice either way. I got a lounge chair for the back yard, a replacement pyrex dish (broke one a few weeks ago right before BUNCO), and some Godiva truffles (that I later found were melted into one big chocolate the shape of the box - after being left in a hot car for a couple hours).

Picnic
Reagan has been asking to take a picnic for a while now - probably since last summer. We tried to take one on Friday, but she wasn't feeling well. Today we went to the park on post and even though there were over 20 picnic tables available, we had to sit on the ground. There is something about a picnic blanket that makes it magical. We were the only ones at the park for most of the morning, well, at least until the girls had to use the poddy. There were port a poddies, but I wasn't about to use them so I let the girls go poddy in between some trees. Of course that is when a van pulled up beside ours... I was afraid they were going to throw us in Levenworth for peeing in the woods. For some reason Reagan really got a kick out of this. She asked me to go poddy two more times.
Beau
Reagan loves animals and has a special place in her heart for Beau and Belle. Rachel could probably take them or leave them, but of course if Reagan is petting the dogs, Rachel wants to as well. Beau had been afraid of Jake, but he has learned how to get Jake to leave him alone - lick him in the face. Jake isn't big on wet kisses.

Action Songs
It was time again for the preschool choir to sing at Sunday night service. This time they sang Fishers of men, If I were a butterfly, and Lord's Army. In the last video, note the kid that leaves the stage to talk to the choir director and then another kid on the left hand side of the screen at the end of the song - he falls off the stage.
