Swimming at the pool

We enjoyed swimming in the afternoons at the apartment pool.

Beau's 11th birthday

Beau didn't get any ice cream this year for his birthday due to his strict diet. So he and Bellesie got a walk instead.

Reagan's got her ears pierced

After thinking it over for months, Reagan decided to get her ears pierced. I told her we would do it on "Tuesday" and she held me to my word. She picked out a blue flower earring (forgot to get a picture of the earring).

Destin apartment

After a couple switches, we got a 3 bedroom on the first floor.

Reading to grandma

Rachel and Reagan read to Grammie while Jake listens.

Dress rehearsal/Recital

Pictures from Recital. Reagan cried after it was over. She wanted to go back on stage.

We aren't allowed to take video cameras to recital, so the video is the girls at dress rehearsal - tapping to Surfin USA. the lights go off and on because the lighting people are trying to get the lighting set for recital. Reagan 2nd from right in front and Rachel 3rd from right in back.

Strawberry pickin

What will we do with 4 gallons of strawberries?
EAT THEM!

Annual tradition picking berries at Browns farm.

Each year they get better at it. This year we filled 4 gallons in less than an hour. (more picking and less munching)

oops - camera strap

Guess I have the least pics of Jake picking because he did the least picking. He just kept asking "mommy, is this a good one" .

Double jointed

Look at her arms. Her elbows are actually on the right side on the picture - the bend is in her anticubital space.
She may have a career in the circus as one of the girls who can bend herself into a box.

Space and Rocket Center

We went to the space and rocket center with the Flemings today. Their favorite thing is the moon jumper ride in the kids area.

Mother's Day

This morning Rachel gave me a card out of her dresser drawer. She made it a couple weeks ago and has been storing it for mother's day. It had a picture of an orange sun, 3 red hearts and a stick portrait of me "Momy". She wrote "Happy Mother's day I love you Momy". Reagan feeling guilty for not making me a card, offered me the money out of her missionary bank - about 85 cents. I was tempted but let her keep the money and told her to make me a card at sunday school - it said "From Be Happe Reagan Mommy" (translation "Be Happy Mommy Love Reagan". Jake made me a card at choir on Wednesday night but since I am one of his choir teachers, he decided to give Daddy his mother's day card.

Water Rocket

3-2-1 Blastoff!
And the Buzz Lightyear Rocket is into orbit.

Watch Out Mommy!

Our neighbors have a water rocket and it is Jake's favorite thing to play with. So for his birthday, they got him the best gift - one of his very own. THis one is even better because it is Buzz Lightyear!
